Fully Automatic Belt-Type Iron Removers Realize Unmanned Operation, Leading the Intelligent Upgrade of Industrial Iron R
2026-01-16
Relying on PLC intelligent control and automatic iron unloading technology, fully automatic belt-type iron removers are gradually replacing traditional equipment and becoming the mainstream choice in industries such as mining, electric power, and renewable resources. Their 24-hour continuous operation capability has greatly improved production efficiency and reduced labor costs.
The equipment consists of a strong magnetic roller, iron unloading belt, drive device, and intelligent control system. During operation, it absorbs iron impurities in materials through a strong magnetic field of 8,000-15,000 gauss, and then the iron unloading belt automatically transports the impurities to the iron collection box, realizing the whole process of iron removal and unloading without human intervention. To meet the needs of different working conditions, the equipment is available in two types: permanent magnet and electromagnetic. The permanent magnet type is more environmentally friendly with zero energy consumption, while the electromagnetic type can adjust the magnetic field strength to adapt to the processing of high iron-containing materials.
In large iron ore concentrators, the application of fully automatic belt-type iron removers reduces the iron impurity content of materials entering magnetic separators from 0.5% to below 0.1%, increasing the grade of iron concentrate by 3-5 percentage points and significantly reducing mineral processing costs. In the field of renewable resource recycling, when used in conjunction with eddy current separators, it can increase the metal recovery rate to over 95%, facilitating resource recycling. In addition, the equipment has good adaptability to harsh environments, capable of stable operation under humid, dusty, and high-temperature working conditions. Equipped with remote monitoring and fault alarm functions, the maintenance cycle is extended, further reducing operating costs. Intelligence and continuity have become the core development trends of industrial iron removal equipment.
